We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit only within 15 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please note:

We do not offer cash or credit card refunds—all approved returns will be issued as store credit.

Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to offer exchanges for store credit within 15 days of the delivery date.

We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges at this time. Instead, once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive store credit to place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
